A Pencil of Colors I see a pencil of colors Standing tall and proud In the middle of the green It draws attention from the crowd. It has no lead or eraser But it has a lot of flair It paints the world with patterns With its colorful outer layer. It is a work of art itself A tribute to creativity It shows that anything is possible With a bit of ingenuity.

This pipe was inspired by my curiosity with the AI revolution. I asked AI to draw me a design using a specific set of colors to go onto this pipe. Then, once painting was completed, I asked AI to write a description for the pipe.  It did, and then it offered to write a poem about it. - Jimi Keirn

ABOUT THIS ARTIST

Jimi Keirn is a self-taught artist from McAllen, TX. He paints feelings using color and motion. Every experience and every moment of every day comes with feelings. For years, he suppressed and ran from those feelings. He was unsure what they meant, didn’t like how they felt, and inevitably ran from them. Avoiding his feelings led to loneliness and isolation, stunting his emotional and spiritual growth. But then he found art. Painting allows him to set those emotions free. It lets him put onto canvas what he can’t put into words. His hope is that my art connects to everyone on some level.
