Paint McAllen Beautiful
Paint McAllen Beautiful is a collaboration between Keep McAllen Beautiful and the City of McAllen’s Project Imagine Tomorrow. The program paints homes for low income, disabled McAllen residents at no cost. Homes are painted with the help of volunteers from various schools, organizations, businesses, churches, and individuals. This project takes place during summer from May to August.
Volunteers work together to paint the exterior of the house. KMB will provide all the supplies, as well as water and snacks for the volunteers. Volunteers have to be 14 years or older in order to participate.
Criteria to have a home painted: Must be a McAllen low-income resident, own a wood frame home, be 60 years of age or older or have a permanent disability. Home must be a wood frame house (no brick or stucco). Interested in applying to have your home painted?
