ABOUT THIS PIECE

This mural art is inspired by the Texas flag, whose colors are reproduced in different patterns and vertical and horizontal ways along four walls, intended to represent the diversity and richness of the Texas Valley; but, above all, from the city of McAllen. This mural is like an alternative proposal to a coat of arms of the city, which includes its people, its flora, its fauna, its economic activities, values and traditions. - Gustavo Caballero Talavera
