ABOUT THIS PIECE
I wanted to show appreciation for our postal workers and how dedicated and hard working they are. Just from painting the pipe next to their office I’d see them in the early mornings to the late afternoons working, Monday through Sunday, in any kind of Texas weather, making sure our mail, packages, etc. get to where they need to be. I want them to know their work is appreciated by the community! - Yvette Olvera
ABOUT THIS ARTIST
Yvette was born and raised in Edinburg, Texas. A self taught artist, enjoying all kinds of art forms, from painting to graphic design. Created their own art business called EviieeArts in 2020, and fulfilling their dream of being an artist!
Graduated from UTRGV spring 2023 with a bachelors degree in psychology in hopes to help others relieve their stresses and anxieties through art.
