When I was a young girl, I loved to color, doodle and draw. I would sketch on anything from napkins to the wall in my bedroom. One of my favorite things to draw was a little island with palm trees, and a sun setting in the background. When I was given the opportunity to paint a second mural, I knew it had to be that! Because of the nature of the pipe I was painting on, it developed into yet another scene from SPI. I incorporated the dolphins making a splash in some areas that were broken. I've always told my kids and students that art is everywhere! If you look hard enough, you can find it even in the most unlikely of places. With art, you can always fix a mistake and turn it into something amazing! -
