This iconic reptile, often affectionately called the “horny toad,” boasts a spikey body adorned with characteristic horns. Here he perches on a large tree trunk against a lush green background. Across cultures, horned lizards symbolize protection, endurance, and adaptability. They are regarded as guardians, bringing luck and prosperity. This mural celebrates the resilience of the Texas horned lizard, emphasizing its role as a resilient survivor and a symbol of harmony with nature. - Oneida Trevino
