ABOUT THIS PIECE
Valley Sunsets was inspired by the feeling evoked while looking up at the sky every evening. Taking the time to admire the differences in tones and colors offered by nature as the environment shifts with the changing seasons. Depending on the time of year there is a different energy shared with the sun as it sets each day. It's a moment of reflection about the present day and preparedness for the day to come. - Lettie Zamora
ABOUT THIS ARTIST
Lettie Zamora, also known by Fifth.Dimenxion, is a full time studio/makeup artist, born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. She has been creating art for over 20 years, using primarily paints and makeup as her preferred medium. She got her start as an artist through creating her own Art Journals as a teen seeking a creative outlet. Then taking advantage of the art classes available in high school, eventually leading to a formal Bachelors Degree in Studio Arts from UTRGV in Edinburg in 2016. Her art is inspired by scenes of Nature as well as pops of the Color Spectrum, and is intended to create a response in the viewer by connecting the Beauty and Magic found in Nature with a "feeling."
